Nicely restored some years ago, this Renault limousine is attractive in red and black livery. The passenger compartment is upholstered in striped and buttoned tan cloth, with wide straps for control of the side windows. The chauffeur sits on black leather, which shows some age but is generally free of wear and tear. It carries sill plates from Outhenin-Chalandre, of Neuilly, a suburb on the northwestern periphery of Paris. Maurice Outhenin-Chalandre was a dealer for many upscale French makes, including Renault, but as far as can be determined, did not indulge in coachbuilding.

The car has twin side radiators, which are not currently connected, so it will need recommissioning for use. The engine compartment shows only minimal oil staining and would benefit from detailing. A participant in the 1964 London-to-Brighton run, this car should be eligible for future events, should a new owner wish to enter it.

Denne Renault limousine blev fint restaureret for nogle år siden og fremstår attraktiv i livlige farver rød og sort. Kabinen er betrukket med stribet og knappet sandfarvet stof, med brede stropper til betjening af sideruderne. Chaufførensædet er af sort læder, som er lidt ældet men generelt i god stand. Den har trinbræt fra Outhenin-Chalandre i Neuilly, en forstad i det nordvestlige Paris. Maurice Outhenin-Chalandre var leverandør til mange af de populære franske mærker, herunder Renault, men så vidt man er klar over, var han ikke involveret i karosseribygning.

Bilen har to sidekølere, som ikke er forbundet på nuværende tidspunkt, og istandsættelse er derfor nødvendig inden brug. Motorrummet udviser kun minimale oliepletter og vil kunne drage fordel af en gennemgang. Bilen deltog i London-Brighton-løbet i 1964, og bil være i stand til at deltage i fremtidige løb, hvis en ny ejer måtte være interesseret.

très belle auto ,  je connais pas ce carrossier ,manifestement elle n'est pas en état de marche (durites HS)
pour info c'est le même type de châssis que je recherche pour ma type T
 mais plus court bien sur ...

D’après la description du catalogue, Outhenin-Chalandre était seulement le vendeur de l’auto Wink
